Founder & General Manager
Faisal has over 30 years experience in industry and has held various senior management positions at both European and US organisations. He has initiated and executed several international and domestic deals in addition to developing and implementing many marketing campaigns across the globe. In 2009, Faisal founded HFA and has continued to grow the business from strength to strength.
Fahd is the commercial arm of HFA, with a key focus on marketing various brands across the UK through our partners and HFA's very own branded generics. He is also our lead on all tendering activity with the Department of Health and Social Care & UK Health Authority. This arm of the business has grown rapidly over the last few years thanks to the commercial awareness and rapid thinking of the team put together here. Fahd joined HFA in 2019 and has been at the forefront of a huge shift in growth and business activity.
Head of Technical, Regulatory and Manufacturing
Ken has over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals Industry, including leadership positions across Scientific, Technical, Quality, and Corporate Regulatory functions. Ken has worked alongside Faisal for many years, and formally joined the HFA Team in early 2020. Ken is responsible for the Management of all outsourced activities including Regulatory affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality assurance and manufacturing.
Market Insights Manager
Usman has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in various international organisations. He has been associated with HFA since 2011. Usman has been the driving force behind design of all marketing campaigns of HFA. In addition, he is the focal person for providing market insights to the sales and marketing teams through various data sources. These insights have been instrumental in the successful execution of HFA’s sales and marketing campaigns.
